How should a batch-wide correction be handled?
Export or review the object CSV, make the correction through controlled edits or a strict replacement import, run preflight, compare against the latest edition, then freeze a new reviewed edition.
Why this matters
The compare view distinguishes brief, case, object, and template drift so a batch correction does not disappear inside a generic modified timestamp.
A reviewable sequence
- Start from a named reviewed edition.
- Apply only the authorized change set.
- Inspect the generated change list and physical proof.
- Retain the packet associated with the actual print order.
