Do internal notes print on visitor labels?
No. Internal production notes are excluded from the visual proof and guest-facing label HTML. They can be deliberately included in the master object CSV when the packet posture is enabled.
Why this matters
This separation reduces accidental disclosure while keeping late-stage reminders near the working record.
A reviewable sequence
- Store only the minimum operational detail needed.
- Keep sensitive or authoritative records in an appropriate controlled system.
- Review the master packet posture before sharing.
- Use the visual proof for guest-facing review.
